During a commemoration event of the children killed during the Genocide against the Tutsi, Minister of Sports and culture, Mitali Protais urged the youth to fight against all discriminatory propaganda and urged them to promote the unity among Rwandans.

The event took place this Monday at the Amahoro Natinal stadium where many national political and civil societ figures were invited.

Minister Mitali told the youth that the peace that Rwanda has obtained after the genocide will be preserved and will last forever.

He urged them to cultivate the spirit of tolerance and unity instead of  hatred and disunity. In the ceremony were the representatives of the Kigali city, genocide survivors associations such as CNLG and the Ministry of Gender and family promotion.
