The deadly incident happened in Karongi district as the yesterday’s heavy rain destroyed her house and it befell upon the woman and her two children who were praying alongside all of them dead.

The executive secretary of the Twumba sector in Karongi district Olivier Cyubahiro expressed his sorrow feeling upon the death of the family that perished, adding that the sector’s dwellers intervened.
Consequently he advised people who live in high risk zones to relocate in more secured zones so that they can avoid such deadly happenings.
