During the closing speech of the National Dialogue Council, H.E Paul Kagame told all the officials present in the National Assembly Hall that the resolutions that came out after a two days meeting between all officials should be applied the way they are so to solve all challenges Rwandans are facing.
Among the 26 resolutions taken, there is an increase of operational capacity of the BDF.
The officials decided to keep on reminding the local population about the usefulness of entrepreneurship and a systematic and legal persecution of all officials who misuse public accounts.
President Kagame told the assembly that good decisions should be followed by adequate actions.
We are glad for the resolutions. But they should be followed by due actions as to make them productive, said H.E Paul Kagame.
President of the Republic underlined that all reports on the Rwandan effective performance are good tools to use in self assessment as to find weaknesses and resolve them wherever necessary.
Everybody wants to make a step forward, added H.E Paul Kagame.
He said that the despite a good image Rwanda has regarding the fight against corruption, he added that this should be a way to eradicate the corruption once for all.
Our efforts to eradicate corruption should motivate us to keep on fighting against it, H.E Paul Kagame told all the officials present at the National Dialogue Council.
In his closing remarks, President Kagame wished to all Rwandans to have enjoyable Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2014.
He urged Rwandans to double their efforts to develop further in the coming year 2014.
Among 26 resolutions taken during the national dialogue council, one among them stipulates that the teachers should receive their salaries on time.
