Kigali – Today Kizito Mihingo and his co-accused appeared in the court wearing the prisonners uniform at tKimihurura Court.
Alongside his co-accused ones namely Agnes Niyibizi, Ntamuhanga Cassien, Dukuzumuremyi Jean Paul and Niyibizi Jean Paul lastly appeared in the court on April and the court decided that the suspects were to be jailed for 30 days.
The suspects are accused of treason, conspiracy and terror activities among others.
In the first court appearance, Kizito has pledged guilty but asked for forgiveness.
The today’s trial was postponed due to the lack of fully search persecution dossiers to try the suspects.
For the suspects, the lack of dossiers hinders them from starting responding to the cases they are accused of having committed.
