Pastor Samson Gasasira who was among ADEPR Christians who recently have had misunderstandings with ADEPR authorities said that they will launch a new church this Saturday , a church they called Eglise de Pentecode Emmanuel au Rwanda (EPEMR). The church will be located in Kimironko in a House called Magnificate House.
Most of the Christians who created this new church were among the ones who were chased away in the church and jailed, accusing them to create misunderstanding inside the ADEPR.
Pastor Gasasira told media that members of the new church are in good relations with the ADEPR officials, adding that the crew wrote a letter to the ADEPR to communicate to it their departure.
For him, the departure will not harm the functioning of the ADEPR as many other Christians departed and founded other churches in order to spread the Word of Christ.
He affirms that the new church is rather committed to the teaching of the Word of Salvation rather than gaining money.
The first Christians meeting of the newly founded church will take place tomorrow afternoon, at 2:pm
The special Christian meetings are scheduled to take place Sunday. The Church intends to teach its adherents to read, write and calculate.
The Eglise de Pentecode Emmanuel au Rwanda (EPEMR) has choir and ministerial assistants. The ADEPR church has recently undergone internal divisions and challenges but the church keeps handling to the situation.
