It was a football friendly match between the Amavubi stars from Rwanda and the Léopards from the DRC. The match was attended by fans from across Rwanda and from neighboring DRC territories such as Goma and Bukavu. It ended with the victory of Rwandans with one out of zero of DRC Léopards.

In the first half  of the game, Leopards pushed harder to score first but in vain. In the second half, the Amavubi scored the first and the only goal of the match, making Rwandans proud of their team.

Both Rwandans and DRC citizens were delighted to have attended the match and wished that cordial relations between both countries could be strengthened further.
