President Kagame said this during an annual official prayer  for the nation to be safe and prosperous that took place at Serena Hotel in Kigali.

Many of the participants were religious leaders who underlined the necessity of being real and proud Rwandans as the Ndi Umunyarwanda (the Rwandan spirit) highlights it.

President Kagame urged all Rwandans to increase the efforts so to achieve all that they aim at in this ongoing year. For him, safe journey towards development requires self assessment and commitment.

The Head of State reminded the assembly in Serena Hotel  that our nation will achieve all of its economic plans only if all Rwandans work together for a common purpose.

Talking to death of Karegeya Patrick, H.E Paul Kagame  reminded the audience that one of his duties as a Head of State is to protect the nation against any harm.

At the time when Rwandans chose me as the Head of State, it meant that i have constitutional rights to protect them against all that can harm their lives. If someone has swore to harm our lives, we have a moral obligation to protect our lives, H.E Paul Kagame

Whoever intends to kill or harm Rwandans’lives should not be surprised to experience the same, President Kagame warns.
