It was in the cooperation with the Rwanda Military hospital and the Rwamagana Hospital to circumcise men and the concerned men were the over 18 years old.
The circumcising technique is called PRE PEX. This is a technique that helps the concerned person not feel pain during the circumcision until the skin covering the penis is cut off.
The World Health Organization affirms that a circumcised penis is mostly protected against the AIDS/HIV more than the uncircumcised one.

Over 100 men attended the circumcision event at Rwamagana and are required not to have sex for six months until the wound at the penis heals.
