The Rwanda national Police in Rusizi district informs that three terror suspects have been shot dead as they were willing to run away as Police ordered them to stop. News say that the dead ones were from Kigali as the owner of the house they rent told Umuseke.rw
Our reporter in Rusizi says that early this morning Rwanda National Police has shot six people who attempted to flee the arrest but three of them succumbed to death.
Reports from the Police say that the dead ones have been monitored as being terror and hate Muslim preachers in the district.
Locals say that the dead ones have been kicked off from a neighboring mosque due to their teachings that were intoxicating locals
Spt Sano Nkeramugaba who heads the Police in Rusizi district informs that Police has learnt those men were spreading hate teachings among the youth and it went to arrest them early this morning.
He reveals that Police found them hidden in the house and the doors were closed at to hinder Police from entering the house.
Later on, the suspects opened the door and tried to flee, the Police ordered them to stop bu they refused, and understandably, the RNP opened fire, killing three of the fugitives.
Spt Sano says that among the four who ran away, three were killed while the fourth was seriously injured.
Two others who remained in the house were arrested alive and safe.
This incident happens after yesterday’s gunshots between Police and a terror suspect at Nyarutarama sector, Gasabo district.
