Today morning hours, in Rubilizi Cell, Kanombe Sector in Kicukiro District, a Fuso car labeled RAC 193 A hits a man called Ngirente Francois at he immediately died.
Ngirente climbed car thinking that it was bringing the charcoal packs to the neighboring shops.
The driver of the car did not notice that Ngirente climbed the car . At the time when he wanted to orderly park it, the car spoiled Ngirente’s head and he bled to death.
After the tragedy, the driver of the car escaped and it is believed that he reported himself to the nearby Police station to report on the accident.
Late Ngirente Francois was born in 1989 in Ndorwa Sector, in Gisagara District South Province.
Ngirente Francois was locally known to be a courageous person who dispatched charcoal packs to neighboring shops.
