The Rwanda National Police has arrested 70 persons suspected for having directly or indirectly participated into different crimes including robbery.
The Police spokesperson in Kigali city Spt Mbabazi Modeste revealed to UM– USEKE through the phne calls that the suspects were arrested due to the information regarding their active involvement into the robbery activities committed in recent days.
He said that their arrest happened the day before yesterday in Nyarugenge district, adding that some of the arrested ones will be brought to the persecution authorities while others will be sent to the mental rehabilitation center located at Iwawa.
