As he was addressing participants in the yesterday’s WEF session, President Kgame reminded Africans that their development lies on their own hands and should strive to achieve it with all strength. For the Head of State, Africa shouldn’t be left behind in developmental issues.

The 2016 WEF that is taking place in Kigali, Rwanda, discusses on techniques an means to use as to accelerate the so-called Africa’s Fourth Industrial Revolution.

This revolution uses technology as a means of boosting social and economic development of Africans.

The technology will help different sectors to modernize such as health, infrastructures, industries among other sectors of national interest.

President Kagame reminded his audience that wise investment in the above sectors will help Africa achieve its dreams in the near future.

Human resources who are trained and highly motivated to achieve can play an important role in fostering Africa’s development.

President Kagame pointed out that technology in financial sector can play an overall role in facilitating transactions and thus the economy as whole.

Capital markets that are strong and sustainable can help shareholders acquire quick and lasting gains.

The Head of State said that insurance companies will help African investors feel safe and supported.

People technology is another way that Africans can use to beautify the democracy as it helps people management policies.

This technology excludes discrimination and biases among people, rather, it encourages unity, brotherhood and togetherness, President Kagame highlighted.

In his speech, President Kagame said that security is the cornerstone of all developmental initiatives.

Full respect of the human rights is also a means of achieving sustainable development President Kagame has pinpointed.

 As he was concluding his speech, President Kagame urged Africans to stick to their developmental ideals and strive to achieve their objectives  and never be willing to be left behind  towards modern developmental pathways.
