This morning the President Paul Kagame landed at Lusaka International Airport in Zambia for one day state visit. He was welcomed by his counterpart Edgar Lungu at the airport.

President Kagame was invited by Zambian President Edgar Lungu. Both leaders are meant to discuss on bilateral issues especially on diplomatic area as communicated by the Zambian Foreign affairs minister Harry Kalaba.

The Rwandan Minister of foreign affairs yesterday Louise Mushikiwabo  visited the Rwandan Embassy in Lusaka in advance to the State visit of HE Paul Kagame in the country.

HE Kagame will visit different infrastructures of Zambia including a steel factory, among other key assets that Zambia holds.

Information claims that Rwanda is about to sent French language teachers to Lusaka to teach them Frenh. Both Rwanda and Zambia are active members of COMESA.
