The senior office Capt T. Kayigire has urged all Rwandans in general and the youth particularly to be more patriotic and avoid greed that may corrupt the moral values that normally characterize Rwandans.

Capt Kayigire said that during a session attended by Kicukiro youth who gathered  for elections of the executive secretary of the National Youth  Council in the district.

He urged them to increase the patriotic spirit that currently should put more focus on social and economic development of Rwanda.

Capt Kayigire who left his studies in Uganda earlier to enter the liberation army of RPA encouraged the participants to think for projects that are potentially beneficial to Rwandans and avoid greedy aspirations that some of unpatriotic Rwandans embraced.

After his intervention, the participants voted Justine Umuhire as one of the NYC committee in Kicukiro.

She promised more collaboration as to boost the projects that are meant for youth economic empowerment.
