Claudine Umutesi is a mother of three children and was captured by the Burundian Police this morning in Mutakura cell, Bujumbura sector as SOS Media Burundi reports.
This Rwandan woman was arrested by the Burundian Police which, after a while, transferred her Burundian intelligence department called Service National re Renseignement.
Umutesi Claudine is has double nationality and has fled to Rwanda since the violence outbreak in 2015 following the re-election of Burundian President Pierre Nkurunziza.
She, thereafter, returned back in Burundi to cater for her possessions.
The Burundian Police took her in the car after she has shown the identity papers and found that she is Rwandan.
