All workers in the justice related institutions in Rwanda  who were undergoing an intensive four days training to improve their operating skills completed these studies yesterday in a ceremony that took place in different areas  of Rwanda including Rusizi, Kigali, Musanze, and Nyanza.

They were trained in issues related  strategies on how to handle juridical cases involving labor, trade, social and economic issues, among others.

These training that  were provided by the Institute of Legal Practice and Development(ILPD ) lasted for four days, from Monday to Thursday .

The vice president of the High Court Hitimana Jean Marie Vianney told UM– USEKE that the aim of the training was to strengthen the knowledge of all Justice providers in their respective areas  of profession about the recent  law acts released  the Chief Justice.

For him, the time has come for the trainees to practice the acquired  skills so that all cases related to trade, labor, administration might be handled accordingly.

One of the beneficiaries of the training, Nyiraneza Fortunée, focused on the important role that the acquired knowledge will play in the fulfillment of their duties.

She added that these skills have enabled them to be more knowledgeable about the handling issues related to cases lacking  some of the needed aspects.

One of the trainers Ruzindana Alexis, one of the  ILPD senior staff in change of training and skills development and research reminded the trained ones that a justice that is not provide in the due time is no longer a complete justice at all.
