The Executive Secretary of National Council for High education institutions argued universities to provide a solid education for future able workers instead of becoming degree papers smugglers.

He said that during a graduation ceremony that took place yesterday 27, June ay INES where 803 students were to officially be declared qualified for university degrees.

Ndengejeho Evariste told the gathering that it is time to practice what they learnt .He said that it is worthwhile for the bank to open doors to these freshly graduated students so to give them chances to apply their knowledge.

According to Dusabimana Jean Damascène, it is time ‘to launch his business idea and prove that ideas are pavements for successes’.

Dr Mugisha Innocent, the Secretary General of National High Education Council underlined the role of Universities:

“Universities are areas of learning and strengthening students skills to succeed in life. They are not mere factories where to forge diploma for ineffective use in the markets” Dr Mugisha told the congregation.

He thanked the INES for its undeserved efforts to move both the university and the neighborhood forward so to achieve lasting socio-economic development.

Graduates are dispatched in different faculties and department as follows:

-281 in project management fields,

-31 in Economics studies,

-111 Biotechnology studies,

-31 Land conservation studies,

-81 are A1 holders in Land survey studies

-101 in Public Administration and good governance studies,

-73 in rural development studies,

-46 students graduated in English and French studies

-37 graduated in Law studies
