Many FARDC soldiers and civilian Congolese are circulating around the border of Rwandan and tensions start to raise nearby the Rwandan border.
The border of DRC is closed. This happens after one DRC military was caught after he entered the Rwandan terriroty with a gun in his hands.
As Rwandan authority at the area ware asking the soldier about his motives to enter Rwanda illegally ,many Congolese alongside their FARDC elements massively gathered the border signing blaspheming songs against Rwandans.
Umuseke managed to know that the Congolese soldier is called Sgt Major Munanga Kusakana born in Kinshasa,DRC’s capital city.
The Rubavu authorities warn Rwandans to not cross the border before any improvement of the situation comes in .
Mr Francois Rucamumakuba ,the chief manager to the Rwandan border says that his counterpart from DRC told him through phone calls that the Congolese boarder will not be opened as long as the Congolese soldier is not released yet.
According to the Mayor of Rubavu District,information say that Rwandans in DRC are being mistreated by Congolese.
He says that the North Kivu Governor told him that he warned his populations to not use violence against innocent Rwandans living in Kivu .
Recently tensions arose between both countries after bombs befell Rwandan territory being fired from DRC and one of them has killed a Rwandan woman and wounded her baby.
DRC accuses Rwanda to support the M23 rebels that defected from the FARDC soldiers.
