The Rwandan Cycling Association published the list of cyclists selected to compete during the upcoming All Africa Games competition scheduled to take place in Brazzaville, Congo, September this year. Eight of them are boys with one girl Girubuntu Jeanne d’Arc.
Fifth two African teams will participate in this competition that will include different games including marathon, cycling and swimming, among others.

According to the recent classification released by the Union Cycliste Internationale, Rwandan cycling team has evolved from number five to number two in Africa.
The Morocco team is classified as the leading team in Africa.
Valens Ndayisenga, the Rwandan leading cyclist, is considered as one of the best performers in Africa in cycling.
He is classified as number three in Africa.
