Bishop Habiyaremwe told educators that they need to improve on their ways of teaching so facilitate their students to excel .He also advised youth to avoid premature sex and drug abuse.

His speech was delivered last week-end hen his church (St Paul Parish) was celebrating its sixty anniversary of existence.

The school operating under the direction of St Paul Parish is the best performer in the District of Rubavu.

Despite the sad history that the school has gone through ,namely the Abacengezi era, the school has tried to overcome all of these and it’s now performing very strongly said Mr Sinamenye Jeremie ,the Headmaster of the School.

Stepping on the Bishop’s wishes, Sinamenye advocated for an increased capability of the school so to achieve the up building wishes of Bishop.

“As we do have 2500 students both sexes, we need  dormitories, more classrooms and more books. We are confident that the Dioceses will provide help but it has be made available in near future” Bishop  Sinamenye told the gathering.

Sheik Bahame thanked the school authorities and the catholic church that supports the  school for their inner willingness and commitment to develop intellectual skills of their students.

He recognized the fact that the success of the school involves the success of the District as well.

However ,for Bishop Habiyeremye,there still teachers that do not bring quality on their teaching and educating activities.

He advised them to not waste their time instead to teach students needed skills and knowledge as it is their professional duties.

At the other hand, he told students that sex relations between people who are not legally mature and authorized by social and moral values are to be avoided .Below are photos of the event :
