The RNP warns pets’ owners

In recent times,dogs are caught biting people across Kigali. This alerts Police that warns pets owners to keep an open eye to their lovely animals.

RNP warns them after a dog bit three young children: Ngirinshuti Yvès (9 years old),Nduwayo  Evelyne (5 years old) and Omega 9 years old ,last Week-end in Kanombe ,Kicukiro  District, Kigali City.

The dog has got madness and ran after those children when they were passing nearby Ndahiro Cleb’ farm located in Kanombe ,Kicukiro District.

The Speaker of RNP in Kigali City Senor Superintendant Urbain Mwiseneza calls upon all Kigali inhabitants who have pets to look after them in  order to find out which ones have signs of madness and bring them to veterinaries so to cure them and prevent the rest of the population from being bit by mad dogs.

One veterinary in Kicukiro urges Kicukiro inhabitants to bring their pets for medical treatment before they get mad. Nyiramanzi Jeannette adds that pets should undergo a regular medical treatment as to find out early signs of madness.
