Foreign affairs Minister expresses condolences about London terror attacks

Louise Mushikiwabo has expressed Rwanda’s heartfelt sadness about the Sunday’s terror attack that killed not less than seven people.

She twitted:” From Rwanda we are saddened and perplexed by the London attack folloeing the Kabul explosion and others, our hearts go out for you”.

London has been a target for terrorists for last three months.

The recent and deadliest was the one that hit Manchester arena where the US Pop superstar Ariana Grande Butera was holding a mega concert.

The attack killed 23 people most of them  being teens.It injured not less than 119 people.
