Rwanda denies to have hosted refugees from Israel

Rwandan Minister of foreign affairs Louise Mushikiwabo told media that claims that there are a certain number of irregular migrants who entered Israel were transferred to Rwanda are baseless.

Minister Mushikiwabo denied that, adding Rwanda undertook bilateral talks with Israel on how some of those refugees can be transferred to Rwanda but in respect of international law.

She, however, revealed that there were be an agreement on few coming weeks on how the refugees will be handled including how to settle them in Rwanda.

Mushikiwabo told the media recent bilateral row relations between Rwanda and Uganda did not generate from Rwanda but from Uganda.

She said Rwanda takes Ugandans with high esteem, as bloodily brothers. The Rwandan Minister of foreign affairs Louise Mushikiwabo said that Uganda started mistreating Rwandans living in Uganda, some were tortured as reported into media.

Min Mushikiwabo, however, communicated that issue was settled out with both Heads of States and the cordial situation between both nations is restored.

Regarding the relations with France, Minister Mushikiwabo said that much is being done between President Kagame and his counterpart Emmanuel Macron as to positively handle the long lasting row relations that resulted from the France’s involvement into the 1994 genocide against Tutsi.

Both Heads of States met three times to discuss on this lang standing issue.

French successive governments denied that involvement and keeps hosting 1994 genocide fugitives in its soil.
