The trial to escape after committing an accident, one will be facing a fee of 150 000 Rwf before the elaboration of the dossier begins
News from the eyewitnesses who saw how the accident happened, say that a certain Angelo Ngabo hit three people in Kabare Sector, Rwamagana district with a car labeled Toyota RAB 107L, killing three of them and seriously injuring the rest.
