President Kagame to deliver speech during the forthcoming “World Leaders Forum

Thursday, September, 24, President Paul Kagame will attend a ‘World Leaders Forum’ scheduled to take in Colombia University in New York City, USA.

The Head of State will deliver a speech on sustainable development themed “Beyond Policy and Financing: How to Sustain Development.”

His lecture will be delivered in the Lerner Auditorium from 4 to 5 PM, local time.

After the lecture, participants will have an interactive session with President Kagame and ask questions based on the key issues highlighted throughout his lecture.

President Kagame attends such high level forums and delivers speeches and lectures due to his remarkable contribution to Rwandan social and economic re-birth since the end of the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi.

In 2003, he was awarded with an award labeled Global Leadership Award handed to him by the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
