Nyabihu- The Executive Secretary under arrest

The Office of the Ombudsman in collaboration with  the National Police this Tuesday arrested the Executive Secretary of the Nyabihu District  suspecting him to have illegally acquired wealth. Mr Habyalimana Emmanuel is currently jailed at the Kicukiro Police Station.

The Police has also arrested one  of the Executive Secretary relatives  named Nkuriyingoma Jean Bosco suspecting him to have been an accomplice of the Executive Secretary in the illegal acts.

Nkuriyingoma is currently jailed at the Police station located at Musanze District.

Further investigation is being carried out as to find most facts before their appeal to court.
