This is the coaster reported to have killed two people last night
The deadly is reported by the Rwanda National Police to have happened around 8h00 PM in at the Roundabout of Kigali where a coaster bus has killed two people.
The RNP traffic safety spokesperson CIP Emmanuel Kabanda said that the Toyota coaster lost its direction hitting a pedestrian before clashing with a motorbike that was parked around.
Both the motor driver and the passenger died after the clash.
The driver of the coaster fled before the Police arrived at the place of incident.
Reports from the Police say that two individuals lost their lives few minutes after the clash while one is seriously injured and hospitalized at Kakiru National Police Hospital.
Some coasters are reported not equipped with speed governors that regulate the engines performance for the safety of passengers and drivers.
