Hategeka Gasore won Ascension de Mille Collines Rally

Last Sunday, 23, June, 2013, FERWACY (Féderation Rwandaise de Cyclisme ,in French)organized a bicycle rally whereby different teams competed .

The contest was sponsored by SARAS Group Ltd and was called the Mille Collines Rally.

Contesters had to run 132 km long.

Below are the best performing teams during the rally:

-Gasore Hategeka from (Benedictin cycling club 3h45’ speeding rate)

-Uwizeyimana Bonavénture(Benedictin cycling  club( 3h46’53 speeding rate)

-Byukusenge Nathan (Benedictin cycling club with speeding rate of 3h47’25’’)

-Hadji Janvier (Benedictin cycling club with speeding rate of 3h47’49’’)

The best performing bicycling clubs are:

-Benedictin Club from Rubavu District,

-Ciné Elmay(Nyarugenge District),

-Club des Amis Sportifs(Rwamagana District).

The Benedictin Club wins this rally for the second time while Mr Adrién Niyonshuti is the years 2011 and 2012 champion.
