The Germany justice has arrested Enoch Ruhigira who was the Cabinet director of the late President Habyarimana Juvenal. He is allegedly suspected to have participated into the genocide against the Tutsi in 1994.
The TAZ news editor Dominic Johnson informs that the 64 years’ old suspect was arrested in Frankfurt, Germany, this morning.
The arrested Rwandan person who is believed to be Enoch Ruhigira has a New Zealand nationality.
The Rwandan prosecution approved that the arrested person is namely Enoch Ruhigira as Jean Bosco Siboyintore confirmed,
