Yanga Africans from Tanzania has arrived in Kigali to play the game with the APR FC team. This team brought some of its well known players such as Haruna Niyonzima and Mbuyu Twite.
The coach of the Young Africans team Hans Van Pluijm said that they know APR FC is a senior team but it will not pose a serious challenge to them.
One of the leading players of the Tanzania based team, Haruna Niyonzima reminded players that he and colleagues are in Rwanda to win not to joke, therefore, APR FC should be careful .
Since these champions’s league started, the APF FC faced Young Africans once in 1996.
The first match was won by Young Africans with 1-0 while in the second one, the APR FC won over with 3-0.
The Saturday’s match will take place on Saturday in Kigali.
