President Kagame said that working together with respect of the time will help the Africa nations to achieve the development that Africa deserves.

The Tripartite Free Trade Area” (TFTA) country members are meeting alongside the  Global African Investment Summit that comprises countries that are part of the  EAC, COMESA and SADC.

Cizitens of these nations combined are equal to 600 millions, making a significant human resources package to invest in and to equip with necessary means to overcome extreme poverty.

The TFTA Agreements were signed in June, 2015 and 26 countries adhered to it. The agreement is entitled to ease communication and transport among citizens of the member countries.

This also eases the exchange of goods and assets.

Rwandan Head of State Paul Kagame underlined the importance of an effective use of time allocated for specific projcts, saying that failure to meet this requirement, African countries repeat the same mistakes that undermine the joint efforts towards sustainable growth.

He added that making big steps in implementing well defined economic plans boosts economy and help all the African nations to benefit from it, allowing the less developed ones to increase the speed as to catch up with the relatively more developed.

President Kagame said that financial sanctions should be taken against private or public institutions that are relactant in implementing policies seen as economically effective.

For him, it is time to be more practical than verbal.

The current Summit taking place in Kigali Convention Center will be assessing how transport of goods and human resources can ne eased among the countries that signed the agreement.

The Summit is attended by renown businessmen from  Nigeria, United Kingdom, Ireland, Ghana, Liberia, Cameroun, Ivory Coast, USA, France, Germany and Gabon.
