The  aim of shifting the Mutuelle de Sante from the Ministry of health to the RSSB was to leave the Ministry of health with medical responsibilities and then let the RSSB as a specialized entity into the management of people insurances.

The representatives of the RSSB affirmed that  money collected from the Mutuelle de Santé will be effectively managed as the RSSB has an adequate IT equipment.

The  representatives of the Ministry of heath  informed the general public that RAMA insurance will remain operation as well as other insurance packages.

We will treat each insurance sector separately as to prevent each category from a financial harm, one of the Ministry of health speakers said.

Those authorities said that the financial mismanagement which were observed in the past well not happen again as new policies and mechanisms to avoid them have been set up, the Ministry of health representatives said.

According to journalists, cases of Mutuelle de Sante owners denied to receive medical care were observed. The new financial management set for the RSSB will not allow this to happen as money collection from the population will be done early.

Even though the new system is meant to be effective, invited guests from both the Ministry of Health and the RSSB recognized that that the many procedural issues  need to be done.

Listeners appreciated this new policy but called upon planners to eliminate  all the injustices people have been enduring at the health centers while they had legal papers of the Mutuelle.

At the international level, the journalists discussed about an ongoing search of the Malaysian plane that has been missing since two week ago.

This Sunday, 24, March French authorities claimed they found the debris of the MH370 airplane but still the search continues.

Panelists also discussed about a hot debate that is among Kenyans about the polygamy.

This weekly show aims at steering the spirit of debate and open discussions about the issues that relate to Rwanda and to the international community
