This new program aims at proving 17, 800 HIV positive people to acquire anti- retro virus drugs so that their lives might improve.

Statistics collected 10 years ago have shown that the HIV/AIDS has infected not less than 210 thousand people, among whom 162, 486 are under treatment plus other 17, 800 people who are soon to benefit from this new program.

The health authorities say that there are not less than 30 thousand people who seemingly live with the HIV undetected.

The Treat All Program will help all people who are contaminated to receive the anti retro virus drugs so that their health might improve and live longer thereafter.

This will help in reducing deaths from this deadly disease at 53%.

Dr Nsanzimana who is in charge of HIV/AIDS and other STDs told the gathering that people should never wait until their anti-bodies weaken at an extent that their health become endangered .

He called upon them to be aware of their health situation so that they might take adequate measures for preserving it.

The medical doctor urged the general public about the usefulness of using condoms to protect them from the degrading sexually transmitted diseases.

Rwandan Minister of health Agnes Binagwaho who launched the Treat All Program said that this new program will require the ministry to invest about 2 million $ as to make it fruitful.

The effectiveness of this program will bring upon the improvement of the lives of the Rwandans, she adds.

This new program will be applied from this Friday, 01, July, 2016 and all people who think they have contamined the HIV/AIDS will acquire the drugs freely.

All medical practitioners from 152 health centers across the country underwent training on the issue above and will play a crucial role in disseminating the drugs.

The representative of the umbrella of the HIV/AIDS contaminated people called Muneza Sylvie thanked Rwandan government for its well motivated initiative to improve the health of Rwandans.

The recent research has shown that each year this disease affects three people per one thousand people in Rwanda.

In Rwanda, every year not less than 1832 people.
