Umuseke.IT Ltd has conducted a poll research online to determine with government based institution does provide services better than the rest. Results have shown that the Rwanda Immigration and Immigration Agency ranks at the top of the list while institutions such as Rwanda Education Board, Rwanda Utility and Regulation Authority still have a room for improvement.
The platform from Umuseke.rw enables its readers to vote an institution of their choice that provide quality services than others.
Over 1 768 people voted for Rwanda Immigration and Emmigration agency to be the best quality service provider while only 242(12%) voted against this trend.
RURA came second with 878 voters who appreciated its service delivery activities while 692 did not appreciate its services.
The Rwanda Education Board (REB) saw 1 1827 (67%) people who claimed its services to be unprofessionally delivered.
The above reality shows how important better service delivery is key in increasing company competitiveness.
Service delivery is ever growing asset of Rwanda economic sector that is meant to attract more clients, both locally and from abroad.
Failure to provide quality service will bring deplorable impacts on economic growth at national level.
Last year the National Identification Agency was ranked number one in quality service delivery but Rwanda Energy Group and Water Supply and Sanitation in Rwanda(WASAC) came at the button list.
In the coming three months, our readers will be voting for or against three governmental institutions namely Rwanda National Police, IREMBO, and FARG.
