The dead man was seen by pedestrians who were passing nearby and saw the corpse in the area between Kisaro sector ( in Rulindo district) and Mutete sector(in Gicumbi district)
Nkubana Eugen who is the executive secretary of the Kisaro sector told Umuseke that the body of the dead man was found in Kigarama cell ( Kisaro sector).
According to the information he found from the ones who discovered the body, the dead man might have killed himself as he smelt as if he drunk the rat poison.
The executive secretary of the Kisaro sector says that Police arrived at the place where the body was lying, taking him to Gicumbi hospital for further autopsy examinations
