The Rwandan delegation was in UAE to attend the ongoing Africa Global Business Forum that brings together different officials from both sides to discuss on business opportunities available.
The Rwanda Development Board and Investment Corporation of Dubai, ICD, agreed on the mechanisms to use as to help Rwanda increase its tourism sector.
The key projects that the ICD of Dubai intends to install in Rwanda include building a five star hotel equipped with all necessary facilities for clients.
As the deal signing went on, President Kagame and his counterpart Mohammed Bin Rachid Al Maktoum were shown a documentary movie describing how the projects will be carried out.
Sheikh Mohammed lauded the design of the project, underlining that it showcases the increasing partnership between Africa and United Arab Emirates.
He, furthermore, urged UAE based investors to massively invest in Africa as the continent provides vivid business opportunities.
Rwandan Head of State Paul Kagame said that these projects will boost Rwandan touristic sector as one of the key pillars of economic development.
