The content of the private meeting between the President Kagame  and French Minister of the foreign affairs Laurent Fabius is not yet made public, but both officials had a private meeting in Libreville, Gabon.

The private meeting took place as both officials are attending the New York Africa Forum taking place in the Gabonese capital, Libreville.

The New York Summit brings together different states of Africa, USA and Europe so discuss about the reinforcement of economic, educational and art related activities between them.

In the summit, the Heads of States, Kagame, Ali Bongo and Catherine Panza delivered the lectures about different issues concerning security and conflict management strategies.

Rwanda accuses and has been accusing France to have actively participated into the genocide against the Tutsi in 1994, allegations that France vehemently denies.

France as a powerful country in the world denies recognizing its involvement into the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi.

Rwanda at the other hand keeps reminding to France and to the whole world that France was directly involved into the genocide against the Tutsi in 1994.

The French Minister Laurent Fabius has a father who is a Jew and he owns a wealth of $10 million.

He has been a Prime Minister  during the regime of President Francois Mitterand and a Finance minister in the government presided by Prime Minister Lionel Jospin in 2000.

Fabius has told media that during his exercise as the French minister of foreign affairs, French foreign policies will be fair to every individual nation of the African continent.
