April,24, the Singer Kizito Mihigo accepts his guiltiness in the court but his collegues accept some of the charges, denying others.
In the Kacyiru court, Kizito Mihigo pleaded guilty for some charges but urged the court to give him three days to search a lawyer who will back him throughout the procedures.
Many people attended the court to witness what Mihigo had to respond about the charges from the Persecution. From 2h30 PM many journalists and eyewitnesses were present at the court.
Kizito Mihigo, Ntamuhanga Cassien, Jean Paul Dukuzumuremyi and Agnes Niyibizi appeared to the court in front of the body of judges headed by Gasana Jean Damascène who started by relating to them their identification records.
Persecutor Budengeri Boniface told the accused the charges they are responsible, among which are the treason against the national security, terrorism related activities among others.
Suspects Kizito Mihigo, Ntamuhanga Cassien, J Paul Dukuzumuremyi na Agnes Niyibizi accepted to have committed some of the charges, denying a part of them.
All the suspects told the court that theyneed more days to get prepared for the judgemental procedures in the coming day Cassien Ntamuhanga who was the Cheief Editor at one of local Radio stations urged the court to give him seven days to find a lawyer.
The court postponed the judgment for this Thursday, 24, April, in the Kacyiru court, located in Kibagabaga, Gasabo District.
