The court hearing of the Mutabazi and co-accused is meant to resume today in the Kanombe Military Court.
Both Mutabazi and 14 co-accused are charged for the cases relating treason and destabilizing the public order and have denied to provide any detail about the charges.
Last time, both Mutabazi and Nshimiyimana told the court that they will no longer respond to any case rose in the court and the hearing has been suspended.
Nshimiyimana is accused to collaborate with the FDLR and to have thrown grenades in the Kigali city, killing and injuring many.
He is also accused to have coordinated the activities of FDLR and RNC in Kigali and Kampala. He pledged innocent and denied to provide any other explanations to the court.
Mutabazi is accused of betraying the nation, illegally owning firearms, willingness to assassination among others.
Joel Mutabazi who was among the Republican Guards told the Court that he will not provide any further explanation to the court.
All the accused ones have denied the charges even if they previously have pledged guilty. They told the court that the previous acceptance of the charges was due to threat they faced.
