Diane Rwigara and her Adeline Mukangemanyi are in the high court located at Kimihurura. They have to appeal as to refute the decision taken by the Nyarugenge court for them to undergo the provisional imprisonment for 30 days.
In the last session, mother of Adeline Mukangemanyi did not appear in the court due to sickness she was said to endure.
Today both wear the inmates’ uniform in the court.
At least 30 people are in the court to hear on how Rwigara’s side will defend its cause.
The co-accused are accompanied by the their lawyers, prison guards and a relative small number of reporters are in ground to cover the story.
Both lawyer Me Gatera Gashabana defending Adeline Mukangemanyi and Me Pierre Celestin Buhuru defending Diane are present.
